Floyd is hands down one of the best and most knowledgeable trainers out there that I’ve ever worked with! He helps me push myself to my max all the time even when I don’t feel motivated at times! I feel stronger with each session thanks to him! Being able to do pull ups all by myself (without any resistance bands) was a goal of mine that I never thought I could of accomplished! Floyd has empowered me to focus on issues of which I was unaware of, specifically posture and heavy lifting. Neither of these items were my initial concerns, however they have now become an important part of my work out with him and the work I do at home to prepare for our twice weekly sessions.
