Whats Included:

-Assessments / Goal Setting

Your journey into movement begins here. The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries. It measures seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury.

-Programming / Accountability

Exercising can get tough and tiring. Not only will I make sure your programming is aligned with your fitness goals, but I will hold you accountable while you’re working out. There will be no skipped reps when you have me by your side motivating you along the way! They will ensure you do the right exercises with the right amount of weight to reach your goals.

Results

Using FMS scoring results, movement principles are then put into action to make programming decisions and guide purpose-driven exercise selection. I am here to help you reach your goals. I will be there to push you, motivate you and elevate your routine so that you can get the results you want. Success is my business. All I need you to do is show up and be ready to work!

Partner / Small
Group Training

Fitness is way more fun when you can get your friends and family in on it. Small group fitness classes or partner training are two great ways to encourage your loved ones to move, or keep you accountable to your fitness goals.
